Computes the SAME deterministic electional result as the public /muhurat/electional endpoint (no new entitlement surface — identical data, already ungated), then renders it as a multi-channel report asset (§7): best-window summary, ranked top windows, per-day avoid windows, the engine's activity-pending disclosure surfaced verbatim (§8.3, no fabricated activity ruling), and a §12 guidance-not-fatalism note. The LLM only narrates; this layer is pure templating.
