Api V1 Temple Campaign

Return the Maa Kali Temple campaign view for the dashboard's temple_seva widget. Mixes product-defined campaign config (goal, seva catalog, copy) with figures computed from the donation ledger and the member's own contribution (from client donation_state envelope).

F9: money-received figures are computed or omitted. Never constants.
