Api V1 Donation Payment Record

Record a confirmed provider payment and unlock exactly one item.

This endpoint is for trusted webhook/Velo infrastructure, not browser clients. General temple donations are recorded in the payment ledger but never unlock dashboard items. Item entitlements require a profile identity.
