Fasli Eras (Akbar’s Frozen Hijri) (法斯利紀年)

THE FASLI ERAS — Akbar’s frozen Hijri: in 1556 the Mughal revenue office faced an arithmetic problem — taxes follow the HARVEST, which follows the sun, but the official year was the lunar Hijri, sliding through the seasons a full year every ~33. Akbar’s fix was surgical: TAKE THE HIJRI COUNT OF HIS ACCESSION — AH 963 — AND FREEZE IT, keeping the number but advancing solar years thereafter. THE FREEZE THEOREM proven from the catalogue’s own engines: 1556 − 593 = 963 exactly, and the tabular Hijri engine confirms AH 963 was current in 1555–56. THE GAP LAW: the REAL Hijri has pulled ~14 years ahead of the frozen count since the freeze — the gain rate derived from the engine’s own 10,631-days-per-30-years cycle, asserted within a year. THE FAMILY with its disagreements intact: the UP/Deccan Fasli (+590, turning 1 JULY — Uttar Pradesh khatauni land records run on it today, the Fasli-1435 cell asserted) and the Bengali San (+593, turning at the Pohela Boishakh computed by the Indian solar engine — the Boishakh cross-lock asserted): three years apart, one origin, the 590/593 split served as fact. Indian becomes thirty-five. Pure compute, no LLM.
