Bhadra (Vishti Karana) (毘濕提時分)

BHADRA (Vishti Karana) — the panchang's most-feared half-day, served WITH the refinement the fear-mongering renderings drop: the RESIDENCE rule. A karana is half a tithi — six degrees of Moon–Sun elongation, where the ayanamsa CANCELS, so the karana engine needs no sidereal school at all — and Vishti is proven at load to be exactly every seventh movable karana (positions 8,15,22,29,36,43,50,57: eight per month, four per paksha), the sixty-karana naming law pinned. THE RESIDENCE RULE, concordant across the panchang literature and partition-proven (the three sign-sets tile the zodiac exactly): Bhadra HARMS only dwelling on Earth (Moon in Cancer/Leo/Aquarius/Pisces); in heaven (Aries/Taurus/Gemini/Scorpio) or the underworld (Virgo/Libra/Sagittarius/Capricorn) the Muhurta texts hold the Vishti workable — every verdict carries its loka. Windows root-found on the elongation; next-Vishti countdown; the mukha/puccha sub-hours and day-night rules NAMED as school-variable, not computed; the classical severity-permission kept (the window is specific, not blanket). Completes the panchang timing layer. Indian becomes 32. Pure compute, no LLM.
