Undo Cascade Widening (Tighten Feed to Strict)

Called by the "Undo" button on the relaxation banner. Deletes non-interacted job_match rows whose role_family falls outside the user's strict preferredRoleFamilies or whose country falls outside their canonicalCountries. Rows the user saved / dismissed / viewed are preserved - their explicit choices stand. Clears the KV banner signal. Does NOT modify the user's saved preferences.
