Mark a job match as saved and create a job listing entry. Optionally set listing status to "applied" for quick-apply.

Status for the created job listing. Use "preparing" when the user swipes right to trigger the AI preparation pipeline (APPLIED is only written after prepare/submission confirms success). Manual "I applied externally" must go through the updateJobListing endpoint.
