Deprecated: use POST /plugins/app:{app}/call. Call a third-party API through a granted connection [write]
Changed onDeprecated: use POST /plugins/app:{app}/call. Still served exactly as before; every answer carries a Deprecation header. For services holding an API key: the same gateway sessions use through actl connector call. The connection must be granted to this key (or its workspace) by its owner; otherwise 404 not_granted. url must be https (400 https_required); method defaults to GET; headers and body are passed to the third party. The answer carries the third party's status, ok and body as text. The workspace's tool-call rules decide first: a block rule, or a require_approval rule (a service call has no thread to be approved in), answers 403 capability_denied; rules that cannot be read answer 503 policy_unavailable. Native GitHub uses https://api.github.com directly, with no per-call connector charge or funded-wallet requirement. GitHub credentials and redirects cannot be overridden; legacy managed GitHub handles require native reconnection (409 github_reconnect_required). Other managed connectors book one CONNECTOR_CALL on a 2xx; other statuses are not billed. Every call is recorded for the connection's owner (host, method, status). 403 key_required for a browser session or a task pass; 502 proxy_error when the third party could not be reached.
