Deprecated: use POST /plugins/app:{app}/add. Still served exactly as before; every answer carries a Deprecation header. Answers the address the person's browser opens to sign in to the app and allow access. Afterwards the browser is sent to success_url, with account_id added to its query, or to error_url; the caller then records the result with POST /connectors/connections/complete. Both addresses must be https (http is accepted for localhost) and on one origin. Answers 400 unknown_app for an app that cannot be connected and 502 connect_error when the authorization cannot be started.
