Find the open pull request for a branch through the caller's GitHub connection [read]

For a client that pushed branch to repo and opened the PR in a browser, without a signed-in GitHub CLI. Answers { pull: null } when no PR from that branch of the repository itself is open, 404 github_not_connected and 409 github_reconnect_required as GET /connectors/github/repos. The token never leaves the platform.
