Transfer Circle Ownership

Transfer circle ownership to another member. Owner-only action. Body: { new_owner_id: uuid-string } Rules:

  • Only the current owner can transfer.
  • The target must be an existing member.
  • After transfer, the previous owner becomes an admin.
  • If the previous owner was also an admin row, update role; else insert.
  • The new owner gets an 'owner' row in circle_admins.
