Admin Alumni Csv Import
Admin CSV bulk import. body = {rows: [...], dry_run: bool}.
Each row matches an existing circle member by email (preferred) or handle. dry_run=True returns the match plan without writing; dry_run=False patches the matched members' alumni_profile JSONB (existing keys preserved unless the row supplies a new value).
