List Invite Tokens

Admin invite tracker.

2026-05-31 — response shape upgraded from a raw token dump to a full tracker descriptor: each token carries inviter identity, optional label, lifecycle status, joined_count derived from circle_members.invite_token_id, last_joined_at, and the 5 most recent joiners' display names + accepted_at timestamps.

Admin-only (require_circle_admin). recent_joins exposes member user_id + display name; minors are NOT redacted here because only the circle's owner/admins see this surface and they already have visibility into circle members.
