List the caller's own reports with the team's answers.

Scoped to the caller's account, the way GET /exports is. The account is one account, so a page holds a console report too.

cursor walks to the older reports. The payload answers next_cursor, which is the value of the next call, or None at the end of the account's reports.

The route takes NO report parameter. That parameter serves the console bell anchor alone, and a public parameter is a published surface the platform must then keep (FEEDBACK.md).
