Get App

Report one app the caller owns or is an active member of.

The route only reads, so it runs on run_read_in_thread. load_app_for reads the app and the caller's membership row in one statement. One more statement reads the owner, one more reads the channels, and one more reads the pending deploys of those channels. protected.resolve reads the owner from the identity map and adds no statement.
