Set Team Insight Card Stance

Record where the marketer stands on an insight: agree, dismiss, remove.

One endpoint for all three, because they are one thing — a view, recorded. None of them hands work to a lane, and agreeing never answers an ask whose approving would reach a platform: that decision spends money or publishes, and it belongs to the control that says so.

A stance can always be given and always be changed, including on a card whose approval this system already inferred from work the reader started. That case used to come back 400 "Approval is already resolved" — the reader was told they had agreed and then refused the right to disagree.
