Get Team Digest Email

Return a single delivered digest email's browser-renderable HTML.

Readable by anyone with access to the team's company profile (see list_team_digest_emails); the team filter still blocks reads across profiles. Signed image URLs nearing expiry are refreshed (and re-persisted) before the HTML is returned, so old digests keep rendering their creative thumbnails.
