Remove Team Insight Card

Take an insight off the reader's queue.

Removing is a stance about the queue, not about the claim: the card leaves every list, the home's ranked rows and the daily brief's decisions, and nothing else about it changes. A direct link still opens it and says it was removed, and the history view still counts it. Repeating the call is a no-op.
