The refresh is the same one the list route runs, for the same reason and with no second implementation: a plan step reports the state of the lane work carrying it, and that state is re-read from the approval and action rows during derivation rather than pushed at the step when it changes. A read that skips the refresh therefore serves the step's last derived status, not its current one.

It has to be here as well as on the list, because this page is reachable without the list: the card link in a brief, a bookmark, or a reload lands straight on this route. Approving a bundle in Campaigns and returning to the card that asked for it left the checklist still saying "waiting on your approval" for a decision already made.
