Folds approval (pre-send: Draft/Approved/Rejected) and delivery (post-send: Live/Idle/Stopped) into one axis. The list's Status filter selects on it and the repo derives the SQL predicate; keep in lockstep with the frontend variantStatus.ts — both encode the same rule, one in SQL for filtering, one in TS for display.
