Bulk Delete Variants

Delete up to 100 pristine variants in one request transaction.

Composes DeleteVariantUseCase per found id (each hard-delete re-roots its family). Per-item outcome (deleted / blocked / not_found), items in input order (deduped). One VARIANT_DELETED audit row per deleted item.
