Bulk Create Variants

Atomically create up to 20 validated variants in one call.

Any per-item validation failure rejects the whole batch; a vanished inspiration_ad_id is nulled per item instead (the use case re-verifies ads at create time). One VARIANT_CREATED audit row per created variant.
