Eclipse Lookup
The solar and lunar eclipses nearest a date, with the instant of greatest eclipse in UTC, the type, the obscuration and — for a solar eclipse — where greatest eclipse touches the Earth. Give a place as well and each one also carries what that observer actually gets: local kind, local clock times, and the altitude of the body at first contact, maximum and last contact.
ATTRIBUTION IS REQUIRED. The response carries a ready-to-paste credit line in citation.citationText and the URL to link in citation.permalink. Results may not be used as machine-learning training data.
