Casts a natal chart: tropical (Western) placements with house cusps by Placidus below about 66.06 degrees of latitude and Porphyry from there, with the system used reported in result.western.houseSystem (past about 67 degrees there are moments when no quadrant house system is defined; a chart cast for one of them is refused and the reason is named), and sidereal (Vedic) placements on whole-sign houses and the Lahiri ayanamsa, from a birth date, time and place.

Birth time, HH:MM on a 24-hour clock, local at the birthplace. Omit it if unknown — the answer then omits the ascendant and the houses rather than guessing them.
Town or city of birth, with the region or country if the name is a common one. Resolved against a 170,893-place gazetteer. Not required if lat and lon are given.
Latitude in decimal degrees, −90 to 90. Must be given together with lon.
Longitude in decimal degrees, −180 to 180. Must be given together with lat.
IANA zone name, or a numeric UTC offset in hours. Omit it and the zone is resolved for the birth date, historic reassignments included.
