Recent GDELT events from blob-backed live ingest

Paginated GDELT 2.0 events from the rolling live ingest window. since=15m and since=1h read latest.json. since=6h and since=24h additionally merge daily shards (date-boundary aware). Updated every 15 minutes by the ingest Function App. Omit lang, or pass en, eng, or english, for the English file. A two-letter code maps onto a stored code. One of the 15 stored source languages reads the translation event file.

One of ara, deu, fas, fra, hin, ind, ita, jpn, kor, por, rus, spa, tur, vie, zho reads the translation event file. Any other code is language_not_stored.
