Events where actor1, actor2, or action_geo country code equals the requested ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code (union match). period=1h reads latest.json only; period=6h or 24h additionally merges daily shards. Omit lang, or pass en, eng, or english, for the English file. A two-letter code maps onto a stored code. One of the 15 stored source languages reads the translation event file.
