List video views with filtering and pagination.

include[]=errors (opt-in) adds error to each view object: {code, message, count, before_first_frame, first_error_at} from the view's video_view_errors row, or null when the view raised no error. It costs one extra statement per page. Without it the statements and the response are exactly what they were before the parameter existed (pinned by tests/test_analytics_sp3d_pinned_statements.py).
