Rotate Secret Key
Rotate the org's secret key. Old key immediately invalidated. Owners only.
Signed playback ids: the new key's public key is registered as the org's active signing key. The previous one moves to grace for 24 h (signed ids already in users' apps keep verifying until they expire), or straight to revoked with body {"revokeSigningImmediately": true} (leaked key). The body is optional; API access with the old key ends immediately either way.
