Resolve audio tracks for a Mux playback ID.

Join path: mux_playback_id -> mux_mappings.content_id -> audio_tracks. Only 'ready' tracks are returned — the ones present in the HLS manifest as alternate renditions (feed parity; 'preparing'/'errored'/'deleted' rows never reach the SDK list). Returns an empty list if the playback ID is not found (graceful degradation, matching the caption resolver).
