List raw analytics events with filtering and pagination.

view_session_id (opt-in) narrows the list to the events of one view. It is one more predicate: the org scope and the timeframe still apply, so a caller that wants every event of a view must pass a timeframe[] covering the view (the default window is the last 7 days). A view session id of another org matches nothing. Without the parameter the statements are exactly what they were before it existed (pinned by tests/test_analytics_sp3d_pinned_statements.py).
