Agent & plugin usage (collector/agent_usage_kpi.py, #1234 phase 1): MCP tool calls per tool and client name, MCP consents (approved / denied) and sign-ins per client kind, CLI requests per CLI version and /orient reads, per Europe/Berlin day. L1 aggregates; every read is written to the access audit (fail-closed) first, as for /platform/analytics/web.
