Status Page

A tiny PUBLIC status view (WP-23): is the site serving, is it ready for data, which version runs. Built from the same fields as /healthz and nothing else — no counts, no capacity, no internals. A browser gets a readable page; anything else gets JSON. Always 200 (the page reports the state; a monitor that wants a failing probe uses /healthz).
