Delete Instance Snapshot

Ask the operator to delete an ENDED World-Sim's kept snapshot now instead of after SNAPSHOT_RETENTION_DAYS. Owner-only human session; only when gone (409 not_ended). Emits module.snapshot_delete.requested once (idempotent: already_requested / already_deleted). Cannot be undone. The instance shows snapshot: delete_requested until the operator answers module.snapshot_deleted.
