Hide Module Instance

Remove an ENDED World-Sim from the owner's list (GET /modules/mine leaves it out unless ?include_hidden=1). Display only: never touches data, the snapshot or billing. Owner-only human session; only when gone (409 not_ended); idempotent (already_hidden).
