Cancel Module Instance

Cancel ONE World-Sim at the end of its paid period (§ 312k: no further charge, usable until then). Owner-only (a signed-in human, never a library or machine token acting for one); goes through the same Stripe call, receipt mail and event as POST /billing/subscriptions/cancel. Idempotent: a second call answers already_scheduled. Refuses (409) when the instance's subscription can't be resolved exactly, pointing at /cancel.
