Board Session

Start a board sign-in for a signed-in owner. Only when the instance's operator advertises endpoints.board_login (the engine-side half, contract § 7): a single-use 60 s code in the URL FRAGMENT (never sent in a request line, so never in a server log), which the board's gateway exchanges server-side at POST /modules/world-sim/board/exchange and turns into its own cookie.
