Deprecate Collection Version

Withdraw a published version from NEW sales; existing buyers' pins keep resolving. While the deprecated version is the listed latest, the listing is left out of browse, search and facets (DiscoveryIndex.is_deprecated), its row says sellable:false, unsellable_reason:"version_deprecated", and checkout refuses it (400 version_deprecated). Promoting a successor lifts all of that. Entitlements and the bundle ignore deprecation.
