Collection Releases

Published-version history — each release with level, changelog, member diff, deprecated flag. Registered BEFORE the {version} route so releases isn't captured as a version name. Anonymous-readable for a PUBLIC collection only (UX-02); a non-member of the owning tenant gets 404 for staging/private and never sees the sign-off name (by). ?t= names the item tenant.
