The author declares their collection builds on one or more others. Edges start UNVERIFIED (shown as "claimed") — only a verified edge earns a royalty. #124: gated on the collection's CREDITED AUTHOR (or a tenant admin) — not just tenant publish rights, so a co-publisher can't plant claims on another author's collection. Parents must exist (public).
