Library Session Version

One version's content + what changed since its parent — the "open the commit" view. Returns the full transcript at ver (for a full read) plus, when this version simply APPENDED to its parent (the common backup case), the appended text so the UI can render only the new turns. A wholesale rewrite (e.g. a squash) is flagged rewritten with coarse ±line counts instead. Account-scoped.
