Library Publish To

Bridge a private saved session into a SELLER tenant so it can be listed on the public marketplace. Copies the session item + collection manifest from the caller's personal library into tenant (which the caller must own/admin, active, non-personal), as a PUBLIC-visibility STAGED draft. It is NOT promoted here — the user prices + signs off + promotes via the existing Sell cockpit. Keeps the personal-library copy untouched.
