Inbox Answer Origin

Is GitHub comment comment_id a genuine inbox answer? verified is true only when GitHub says the comment's author is the inbox App's bot AND a decision.answered audit line names it and still matches it (issue, box id, request id, body hash). The rule for anyone acting on an answer: act only on verified: true. repo (optional) looks up a comment the audit doesn't know, to report its author. Read-only; owner only; 404 unless both inbox flags are on.
