Set Seller Profile

Capture/update the seller's EU onboarding profile — the DAC7/PStTG identity set + EEA address

  • VAT status + payout IBAN (+ DOB/TIN for individuals, registration number + beneficial owners for businesses). EEA sellers only. Recorded now because DAC7 fields cannot be back-filled; it gates paid listing once onboarding enforcement is on. Does NOT create a Stripe account.

The profile is stored in the seller-PII vault; the event log only gets a redacted change record (field names, country, IBAN last-4). An absent or masked iban means "keep the stored one".
