The tenant's self-billing documents (SB-…): one per payout transfer, issued by crossVault on the seller's behalf. /billing/invoices lists BUYER documents (subject user:…); these carry subject tenant:<t> and were unreachable before. Issued to the WORKSPACE (one per transfer, not per listing or author), so owner/admin only.
