Seller Balance

The caller-tenant's payable balance: accrued / on-hold (in reserve) / available / paid — with the terms that explain the numbers and where the self-billing documents are. The workspace balance is the owner's/admin's; a member gets balance: null and buckets over their own listings' lines only (money_scope: "own_listings").
