Create Price

Create (or reconfigure) a recurring Stripe Price for an offering and remember its id. Body: {offering, amount_cents, currency?=eur, interval?=month, product_name?}. offering is a free-form key, e.g. "tenant", "tenant_custom_name", "module:<id>".
