Void Document

Void an ISSUED journal document (global admin). Event-sourced (billing.document.voided): the document and its number stay in the register and the GoBD export, annotated with the void record — nothing is deleted or renumbered. Deliberately narrow: only a document of a synthetic QA buyer (reason_code: qa_test_document, e.g. the historic INV-000001 / CN-000001, O-5) — a real sale is corrected by a credit note, never voided. Idempotent: a second void of the same number is a no-op. Body: {reason_code: "qa_test_document", reason: "<free text for the record>", dry_run?}.
