Revoke Gym Token

Revoke one World-Sim Gym token by its jti (idempotent): the person it was minted for, or a global admin. The jti is then listed at GET /modules/world-sim/revoked until the token expires. 404 while AGENT_MDX_GYM_SAMPLE is off, and for a jti that is not a gym token of the caller's.
