Mint My Token

Mint a SCOPED library token for a tool (docs/library-tokens.md). Body: {label?, scopes: ["library:read"|"library:publish"|"library:acquire", ...], expires_in_days?} (expires_in_days 1-365, default 90; every token expires). Needs your own session: a library token can never mint another. The token is returned ONCE; only its hash is stored.
