List the fiber production processes

The global production-process templates the caller's company owns, paginated, each joined to its product category's name with featuredImageFileUrl CDN-prefixed. Sortable by name, facilityProcessId and updatedAt (default updatedAt:DESC; legacy failed on updatedAt); the filter JSON matches name and facilityProcessId as case-insensitive substrings. Answers the paginated { data, metadata: { pagination } } envelope (1-based pagination.page); legacy sent { data, meta }.
